Funk Guitarist & singer wanted

    Hi guys! I was wonderin if there is anyone out there interested in startin up a good funk band?? I'm a bass player and I've got a funky-ass drummer already with me and we're now lookin to form a full funkin band. We've been jammin together for two years and individually we've had experience in successful gigging bands.

    Influences include: Larry Graham, anything with George Clinton and mostly the RHCP.

    Post here if anyone's interested or if ye know of anyone, or else PM me. If anyone wants, we might be able to get some bass and drum stuff recorded and ye can check it out for yerselves.

    Alright mate. Yes I would like to be in a new band. I'm a funk bassist and guitarist.

    Myself and kid brother (he's one of the best young drummers in Ireland) are looking for a very good vocalist (strong voice). We also need a bassist like yourself or a guitarist. So if you're interested give me a shout

    How old are you by the way?? we're serious about forming a new band. No more bull**** pub gig bands.

    I'm 20 and the drummer's 19. Are you just looking for a bassist or guitarist, ie you don't need a drummer? Coz we want to play together. We've been in seperate bands for a while but really want to create something together.

    So we're looking for a funk-rock guitarist and a very strong singer with good lyric abilities...........................

    Look if you want I'll just pop down with my bass or guitar (i've got a USA fender stratocaster, beautiful thing). I'll play a few songs with the pair of you and if we sound good we'll keep the band.

    My kid brother's in high demand anyway. He's offered to be in bands every week.

    What part of Dublin are you from???

    My song suggestions would be Suck my Kiss, Under the bridge or My Lovely Man. In fact anything from Blood Sugar or Californication cause I can play them all on guitar. Awooogah
