Good luck booking anywhere at this late stage but I suppose the only place where you're guaranteed any kind of decent weather in the Winter is the Canaries, Iv been there loads of times, my favourite island is Tenerife, great nightlife, Iv only been in the summer tho.. Be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for Winter sun too...

if you have the money, i suggest koh phangan off the coast of thailand. laid back up north, party down south.....
