    I remember hearing about 2.5" 10K RPM SCSI drives coming on the market, not sure if they ar out yet though.

    I think WD released 2.5" Raptors, or something similar. They definitely released very fast 2.5" drives, could have been SCSIs. Anandtech or tom's or someone had a preview/review of them a while back. Seemed to be the shiznat.

    see the top end laptop has a 180watt psu, how can that power an fx57(one of the options) and 7800gtx (not to mention all the other parts)?

    there is no such thing as a mobile fx57, they are using a desktop cpu in it
