"adaptor" = power adaptor? not the power requirements-if you cannot get/afford an exact replacement, a more generic (Targus,et al.) one should do the trick.
Try Maplins, or www.expansys.ie, or PC World. (In that order )
ED: and no harm chancing the FS Wanted section on Boards
