Pocket Rockets - Cash Game

Assume, this is 1st hand at the table, no reads or notes on anyone. 6 handed cash game.

How do you play yours when:

1. UTG
2. In mid-position with everyone limping
3. On the BB with everyone limping
4. On the BB in a raised pot

Also, do you play pocket cowboys the same way?

1) raise to 3/4BB
2)raise to 3BB plus one per limper
3)Raise to 3 BB plus .5/1 per limper
4)Being honest if the pot has been significantly raised id be inlclined to just push hope someone has Kings or queens and comes with you. If not you take down a raise anyway.

KK I would be pretty similar except the last one where id be inclinded to just double the bet.

1) 3xBB
2) 3 or 4xBB if say UTG limps, 4 usually if UTG and UTG+1 both limp
3) 4xBB maybe 5xBB if I feel the table is loose.
4) Depends on the stacks, all-in if there is maybe a few lower stacks around who'll gamble on QQ/JJ/AKs, or min-raise, or pot sized raise.
