    has a nice reverse uml feature where it creates
    the uml docs from one of your existing projects,

    i don't use eclipse so i don't know if its +-

    Eclipse has UML features too. But you can get the same from "Posiden CE" (spelling?). That program also writes the java code for you from a UML file.
