Im not that well up on tattoo's but im just wondering what is the diferrence between any old tattoo and a well done one? i dont mean any particular style, just what are the hallmarks of a good one. I know nice clean lines are one, any others?
    Cheers :)

Nice clean lines, good proportion, decent coloring and all round looking well put together really.

Its important to choose an EXPERIENCED tattoo artist and not some 'backstreet scratcher' who will not just leave you with a crappy tattoo but also potentially leave scars never mind the health risks involved.

Good tattoos should be like works of art.

Bad tattoos are like dirty clothes.
