    Nope.. no video for mac.

There are actually very few Instant Messaging programs that support video on the MAC...

Apple's own iChat software does it. It uses the AIM network... But I think I may have had problems getting it to talk to PCs on AIM.

Pretty much anytime I've tried to get Video chats working on the mac I've never been able to get it right.

There is a piece of software called ISPQ Video chat... but it costs money...

Would it be a problem to install virtual PC on the MAC to then access MSN v7.5

    Thanks

Technically this would work. However, since a conversion from PowerPC to x86 is done inside VirtualPC, the video would still work, but extremely slow.

The only thing you can get for the Mac is the MSN Messenger - and it doesn't do video.

Mercury Messenger will let you do video with PC MSN Messenger users:

Well if we're going to be anal.... surely it's "Mac" not "mac"

That Mercury Messenger looks interesting though... I'll have to give it a try.

Once this project http://gaim-vv.sourceforge.net/ advances, you'll see a few more applications which will allow video, most notable being http://www.adiumx.com/

Oh and the http://farsight.sourceforge.net/ project as well, which would be used for other open source apps.
