What do ye think of Mark Geary's albums 33/1/3 Grand Street and Ghosts?? Personally i feel his first has more to offer, its deeper and more thought went into it!

I think they are both great albums but it took me a lot longer to get into "Ghosts" whereas "33 1/3" was a bit more instantaneous with the added grower effect as a bonus

maybe it was because I had heard the "33 1/3" songs live a few times before getting the album while the "Ghosts" songs I hadn't heard at all live because I was in Australia at the time

at the same time I have a feeling "33 1/3" is the one I'll be going back to in years to come

and last month's Vicar St gig was fantastic, why oh why can't he sell millions....? *sighs*

Unfortunately its sometimes te case that the mark geary's are kinda ovre looked by the "pop idol" world where the money is!!
