Hi

My fathers printer is a canon I475d, recently its been printing very badly. Pictures with black in them were coming out red. Colours were very bad and faded.
I tried a number of different ink cartiages and ran the cleaning tools many times.
We took the printer to cartridge world were they very generously cleaned the print head out free of charge. But since then there is now nothing at all. I swapped the printer head from my Canon PIXMA iP2000. And it worked perfectly. So my question is can I get the print head fixed. If not were the cheapest place to get a new one.
