Pardon my ignorance, but is it a book about limerick or what ?

yeah its a book of photographs of limerick from the 1900s to about the 1970s.

There are currently five volumes with about 120 pictures in each book.

I remember my mother being on about that book and people
were going crazy trying to get their hands on it but that was
    over a month ago.

Someone mentioned it only focused on certain areas of Limerick thought
and Not Limerick as a whole.
