All hospitals will warn you of any previous complications or side effects from any surgery.

I got it done about 3 years and it's the best money I've ever spent.

    Best of luck

    Check out "Orthokeratology"

basically its like laser surgery without the surgery or risk. You wear a hard contact lens at night and it reshapes your eye so that when you wake up, you have perfect vision... or something along those lines. I'm thinking about it myself, if you dont wear the lens at night, your eyes simply go back the way they were before so not much risk of damage

Im actually in the process of checking this out myself. There are a few places in Ireland, but its kinda pricey. You would be looking at about 4-5 grand for the procedeure on both eyes. But if you are a PAYE contributor there is up to 42% tax relief.

    Check out these to start:

Heres another option, but Im not too sure about it...? I mean these are my eyes and I dont wanna take any chances! Theres something about this guy that reminds me of that other doc from the simpsons!

Theres a place in town called Opitlase on Ely Place, just off St. Stevens Green, its only 1800euro for both eyes, and the surgeons and opticians are brilliant, so is the after-care. You should really look into it its fukking amazing.

And that price is before you get half back from PAYE.
