NTL Hard Reset

    My NTL pace box (its the small one, really small!) just keeps flashing green and orange and wont come on at all!

    is there any way to force it to upgrade software/reset, like you can by holding "back up" on the Sky box?? they're sending out an engineer on thursday but i'd like to get things moving before then if thats possible!

    my box is a Pace DC221kn, the small silver one ntl provide

    Have had nothing but trouble with that box,constantly have to help ..yellow button reset job.
    Its a flawed product as far as i am concerned and with itv now fta very little reason why any new person should subscribe to ntl digital over sky tv!!!
    Two new channels in Waterford in last 7 months Galway Bay Fm and Halmark,and dont get me started on interactivity:mad: :mad:

    What's your picture quality like? Is the aerial connection plugged in fully? The box won't come on if it can't get a decent signal.
