    hey i was just wonderin if there was like a LEGENDARY tool on the net somewhere where you could like enter in the stuff you need in a bass or guitar and it will show you a list of basses please say there is coz i cant find a good bass help me:v:

    And the good thing is that unlike a drummer, you only have to punch the information into John2 once. :v:

    What are you playing, Steoob? Metal? Hard Rock? Pop? Roger Whittaker covers?

    Edit: Ok, we really have to standardize questions like this.
    a.) Type of music
    b.) Amount you are willing to spend
    c.) Length of time you are willing to wait.
    d.) Preferences (acoustic, electric, solid, hollow, number of strings, etc)

    sound good for metal
    look metal
    preferably 5 string but it makes no difference really
    somewhere between 300 and 450 you-rows....

    any ideas? was lookin at a traben array but you can only get them in america.. same with schecters...the basses i like the most and theyre only available from america... o well... im buying online btw

    Schecter have international dealers. There's a crowd in Glasgow that do them. Email them and see if they can get in the one you want.

    beecher... soundcontrol dont ship internationally only enland and im never buying yamaha ever again.. worst basses EVER... any other suggestions? i was thinking along the lines of esp or something like that..... thanks for the stuff so far

    Here's some cheapo Musicians Friend reviews....just be aware that a lot of them are uberleet 12yo doods....

    I love the look of the ESP, it looks like a Pedullah that spent too much time walking around the BC Rich factory :D

    All the Schecters you guys pull up seem to be a dull black.....you need some color in your life! Like these beauties....

    ferdi... i hate those ibanezs ive never tried them out but theyre a bit too plain for me.. but the i really considered the rockbass.. especially the 5 string.. but i think im settled on the esp f104 its rather sexafied and i'll probably throw in 2 active humbuckers once i get the money.. thanks all for the suggestions...
