helicopter in gta lcs

hello

i read on eurogamer that you are able to get a helcipoter in gta lcs, well is it the mission where you chase massimo? as i cannot get up the stairs with the bike, well the second flight, and if i try to get past the yellow mark i have to go to on top of the building the helicopter vanishes and i fail the mission
is this the right mission? if so tell me what to do!!

There's a save game on pspupdates. I presume the game just loads with you in the chopper.

i still cannot get up second flight of stairs with bike!!! this is so annoying as i like the aerial transport in gta games, and i wanna tryt and save the helicopter in a garage

Dont use the pcj600 you need to use the motobike, and its hard, i gave up and used savegame

but it is so hard to get up second flight!!!
