photograph saved as an shs file

    The person who scanned this photograph for me scanned it and saved it as an shs file. for some reason it will not open for me, I am assuming that it was scanned using a program that I do not have and cut from a format which I cannot open.

    I was just wondering if there is anyone out there that can open this and convert it to jpeg or gif without losing any of the quality.

    any help would be appreciated

    thanks cult,

    Windows was giving me a pop-up saying it was unable to open the image, I might need to check for updates for windows imaging.
