    Great picture.

I live on the canal and I find most of my photo's are slightly spoiled by the backdrop of the office buildings.

The amber traffic light made me snigger for some strange reason

It's a great clear picture and I think I know what's missing. All the traffic and busyiness that's usually going on around that area, it looks so quiet and peaceful.

Of course, I could be completely wrong...

I think it would look better if the buildings were a tiny bit smaller and you got a bit of sky in it along the top of them.

Is your white balance off, there is kind of a yellow hue to the image (maybe on purpose - I dunno)

It could be. I was after a yellow hue but i still have to figure out the D70 and mess with the WB settings

T :D hanks for the heads up on that.

I see what you were going for (I think), but to my eye, the top of the picture looks too busy. Yes, it contrasts with the lower half, but not in a comfortable way, if you know what I mean.

Don't be thinking that I know what I'm talking about though ;)
