I stayed in the one in East Sportcity about a 10 min walk from the City Of Manchester stadium, it's a Quality Hotel and the rates were decent enough

I stayed in Jury's Inn but can't say I'd really recommend it. No leisure facilities, breakfast was horrid and could be closer to things

what do you plan on gettin up to??

If per chance your checkin out Man Utd then stay around Salford Quays.. bit of a poshy place where you'll spot a few Corrie staff.. there is a travel lodge or a holiday inn there.. basic but clean.. or else the Golden Tulip if ur flush.. around £8 away from the centre in a cab..

there is also a decent enough outlet place there with around 20 shops + a deadly cinema - Karen Millen, REISS and stuff like that..

If ur looking for the more lively manchester.. then Britannia would be an option at the right price or else check out travel lodge for their city based hotels!!

make sure you visit around Oldham Street and tib st.. these have a hugh selection of altermative pubs and shops!! + some sex shops which have some nice stuff!!
