Hi folks, check this out it's pretty amazing

The 2.2 gigapixel picture

Have a good look and don't forget to zoom(let some time for your pc to process the picture)... I now have no doubt that we could easily be observed from space. If nothing else, it's a fantastic bit of photography. I wonder when, if ever, this kind of tech will be available to us.

This was on After Hours ages ago. It's just a load of smaller overlapping pictures put together. Still pretty good though.

the picture is from germany you can read the sign posts i can see why they didnt take a picture of a housing estate lol

Delft is in Holland, not Germany.

(I would have thought the .nl indicated that...)

Very good picture though, but you need a fast connection to enjoy it properly.
