Problems executing programs with WIN XP SP2 !

    Here's one for you ...

    I'm using WinXP SP2. When i click on some of my icons on my desktop - my pc says it can't find the program! Only when I right click the icon - select Run As... - Current user - then uncheck the box below it ( Protect me computer and data from unauthorised program activity ) does the program run.!!!!

    This can happen with alot of games and a couple of apps. There are two users to this computer but we both have admin. rights!!
    Can anyone help?
