    hi,
    i have a few screen shots from from a cartoon TV ad that i need to outline (so as children can use them as coloring excercises).
    IS there any easy way of doing thie?

    You need something along the lines of Adobe Streamline...

    or else play around with brigtness and contrast settings in Photoshop and apply a photocopy filter. This may need some extra work to clean up some messy lines and stuff afterwards.

    Get a piece of acetate and a permanent marker. trace the picture. Place a white piece of paper behind the acetate and photocopy it.
