No display output after messing with things I don't understand...

    Hello All

Today I decided to tinker with the frequency and voltage of my graphics card (a 9800 Pro) under the impression that a higher voltage and frequency would mean a better performance from the card. So after altering the freq and voltage and exiting bios... nothing happened, reseted the PC but theres no display at all.
So my question is; how do I reset the settings of my GFX card without having an output to navigate the BIOS with? Anyone have any ideas? Could I have banjaxed my card? I've tried the old "take it out then put it back in again" approach but no dice.

Feel like a bit of a tool, all things considered, I should have learnt by now; "If it ain't broke..."

    Can anyone help?

There should be a jumper on your motherboard to reset your bios to the factory setting - thats prob your best bet

If after doing that the pc still fails to work, try replacing the gf card with an old one or put your card in another machine and see if it works.

YAY three cheers for penguins in general and 3 more for the angry ones!

Nice one thanks man; that did the trick.

Note to self; there are some things neither man nor rabbit were meant to mess with ;)
