    I don't see any reason why not, but I suggest you keep that kind of content off boards unless you want a ban.

    Said device is a total rip off at 500+ notes haha I bought something sim a few years ago to read/write sims etc for 30 sheets from the UK.Never did get 'round to using it though!

    Theres nothing illegal about smart card programmers, emulators or loggers. Programmers are just hardware devices to allow you to read and write to a card but they don't come with any pirated software to allow you to make free phone calls or un encrypt satellite TV channels etc. It's not that simple. Besides you can pick these up for about 20 euro.

    His purpose went out the window the minute he asked would the programmer work in Ireland, clearly he hasn't a hope in hell of ever hacking GSM so I wouldn't worry too much. These devices however have plenty of useful legal purposes.
