This makes little or no sense.

This is the same as saying game publishers are tring to stop pirates, therefore we must botcott all games, until such time as they allow use to freely copy there games and make no attempt to protect their profits.

Anyway there are many many alternatives to napster, most of which are not centralised, just use one of those.
