Media (films, pics etc) organiser?

    Alright Lads,

    I have A LOT of music, film, pictures etc on hard disc and DVD+R.

    I need a central location I can goto to lookup what disc x, y, or z file is on, based on filename, subject etc.

    Preferably with some sort of web interface (not fully necessary).

    Any recommendations?
