Hp Psc 2400

    I have an hp psc 2400 printer that wont print. The on light flashes all the time and the display has a fixed picture of an egg timer.

    I have switched off. Left it on for hours. Checked the cable. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Disconnected everythng. Changed the cartridges. Checked for paper jams. But all I get when I switch it back on is a flashing on light and a picture of the egg timer.

    I've had no luck getting hold of an HP technician. E-mails have been ignored.

    Can any one help?
