    Well they got stuffed by Spurs tonite 3-1 and it could have and should have been more. Looks like my tip that Newcastle are going down this year is getting its foundation laid.

    Thats a safe enough bet, too much quality in the side. Although Blackburn had a good enough squad last year, enough to think that a place in Europe was beckoning. Hmmmmmm. Cant see Shearer in the first div.

    But I hope they do , cuz of Alan Shearer staying with them. What a waster , he was class.Now he's finishing up there. He has a life.

    still doesnt make up for the 2 - 0 loss at the hands of newcastle in the fa cup semi last season.
    spurs still look fairly frail thou.
    but at least we are second in the league. well until arsenal win tonight smile.gif
