Hey guys just wondering could anyone recommend a kit for a 10 yo cause the junior kits all look too small or like he would grow out of them very quickly. Just lookin for a good starter kit for him under about 175 pounds but preferably for less.

Your probably going to have to save up a bit more. As far as I know. Even crap Drum kits are about €300. take a look at www.beemusic.com. Shoddy site but he's flogging loads of stuff!

There are some 5 piece kits for 150 sterling on ebay but are they any good/suitable for a 10yo?

Get a kit with a 20" bass drum or smaller. "Fusion" or "Jazz" drum sizes would be more suited and he wouldn't grow out of them. Also, they wouldn't be as loud. Buy the kid some light sticks and a light bass pedal would help aswell.
