    Hey guys,
Recently landed a job testing graphics cards for a big company. Thing is... i really need to brush up on the current technology. PCI-E, newer radeon chipsets, bus theory, clk speeds etc, have been trawling the net but getting nowhere. I must brush up before next saturday. Anyone here with an expertise in video cards that knows some good relevant sites with technical info.
I'll be looking for everything from refresh rates to BGA chip information.

    Thanks!

Wikipedia is a dream starting point, as not only do you often get good articles, but useful relevant external links too. For example, articles on PCI-E, and Radeon cards can be found here. I haven't found much on the other topics you specify, but I'm sure what you find in these will give you a better starting point to search from.

Eh, can't disclose info on job. Its for a manufacturer.
all i have for the cards are schematics from china but what i really need is troubleshooting advice. eg if the card is faulty, what component should i be looking at as the cause.
