    Hello all!!!

    I'm doing a project in college about people who do Mauy Thai and i would love some help :) . I want to know is there anything special that you do, and habits or little rituals that YOU preform before a class or fight. Any funny stories that you have :D . I would love if you could share these with me as i could really do with the help on this.

    I used to pee myself :D

    I kid you not for my first few fights I was about 20 times to the toilet, my record was 27 times. Kinda hard when you got a groin guard tied on ye. After the first few I just slept before fights.

    I also listen to the Gladiator soundtrack and also read a very famous book on the spartans... it works for me ;)
