    Sorry if this is the wrong forum but anyway, my PS2 joypad is pissing me off cos the L2 and R2 buttons keep getting stuck and i was wondering does this happen to them all???

    Try to clean it - with a cotton bud- wash your hands more often or else replace it you can pick a good one for 20 euro's logitech dual pad

    Christ i hate when the buttons get stuck. Always when playing PES and the sprint button (R1) sticks. Cant help the problem really. must stop eatin monster munch while playing, definetely clogging the socket!

    Thats from playing into the wee hours of the morning i bet.
    Probably best bet is get a can of compressed air (Argos) with a small nozzle and try clean it :D otherwise just buy a new one.

    happened to 2 of mine, nothing more than overuse i reckon

    it annoyed me so much that i bought new ones i never tried cleaning them or anything
