Napster's ****ed!

Do yall have this current **** with napster? Like there's always over 1,200gigs on line and searchs never return results and if they do the downloads are always at like 1.5k or under. It has gone queer. Did some really popular tv, magazine, radio thing do a big show all about napster or something? Did conan o'brien do this? what a ****ing dick...

annoying thing about napster is if you get disconnected from the server good ****in luck to ya if ye try to get the same songs.
theres either about 10 different servers
or that search thing is completly ****ed

Napster has a few flaws, but generally for me it is great. I usually get an average download speed of 5k/sec, tis much faster than any mp3 search engine i've found on the net.

Napster operates lots of servers which are not linked as Quakenet is.
If you jump onto Napster you wont be sure to see your mates there as they might be on another server at the same time.

Searches run over the current server only and return a max of 100 records (unless you have the reged version which I'm not even sure is out yet)

For Everyone - Well, it's fixed today. Guess it was just an internal problem here at glorious IOL. Kali, I find that you can often find the same songs again if you keep on 'connecting/disconnecting' from servers. Most of the songs being passed around are the same files with different names so try renaming your halfdownloaded-file to the name of the new file and see if it'll resume succesfully... if you understand... gah... too early to explain.

Yeah, good point there Jaden but I don't download Britney Spears songs. If she brings out one I like then I might. I think I downloaded 'Baby One More Time' when she first brought it out.
