Probably going to go. Haven't got a ticket yet, but I'll surely get one soon. On in the Ambassador. Saw them there two or three years ago or so. Very good gig, and I didn't know much of their stuff then. Know more of it now, so should be even better...

yep, ambassador, 28e including booking fee it said. caught the end of them at witnness one year, but i've never seen them properly, plus i need to start going to more gigs, i miss live music!

i got my tickets the day they went on sale.though i hate the new album, but i've been to see em annually since 94 or 95 or sometime back then so its kind of a tradition to go everytime.

Ah, first ever gig was Therapy?/Kerbdog/Pet Lamb back in '93 in the SweatFunckingboX...heady days indeed.

May attend this soiree, work permitting. I either need a half day or a swap with a mate. We'll see.

I am big into bands but I don't go to many gigs anymore because we are so ripped off in Ireland when it comes to gigs! Look at this gig, it's around 20 euro to see them in Belfast....and nearly 30 euro to see the same band in Dublin.

    /me shrugs
its expensive, but its either pay the price or miss the band
    boycotting wont do ****.

It's true, still sending an email to ticketmaster about it tho, adding on 10 euro to the Irish gig is a disgrace, its €20 in London too, not just Belfast so basically they are implying we're morons and we'll buy anything

Send it to MCD instead. They're the real bastards. Ticketmaster are quite nice.

mcd own the ambassador, yeah? and therapy? are being put on by some other promoter so does this have anything to do with the price?

it should be a good one though. never seen them as a 3 piece before.

Nov 26 Sick of it all
    Dec 3 The Undertones
    Dec 8 Therapy
    Dec 9 Stiff Little Fingers

Ah yeah, forgot about the naas gig. Apologies.

That Steam Pig gig should be good alright. Toxic Christmas Party. There are about 4 other bands playing too.

I'll certainly be going to Therapy? on my own. None of my foolish friends are interested...

Yeah, It's the Naas one I'm going to. They played there last year too and it was great, plus you get to stay on in the club. It's usually easy enough to pick up comp tickets for gigs there as well.

What's the deal on the Kerbdog gig? Are they back together now or is it just Cormac and some new guys? It's one to add to the list anyway.

I was at that gig - it was an experience. I've seen them 3 times (Olympia, Ambassador and Ozzfest) and I really enjoyed it every time.

Won't be going this time - can't afford it cause there's Deicide and Sunn 0)))

I'll be making the pilgrimage up from this foul city of the Tribes. For various reasons, I've missed out on seeing Therapy? at 4 or 5 times in the past. Never more!
