not yet... The web site has been around for a while (there's a thread about it somewhere here) and there is still no sign of 3 on a network search. Although I have seen them once or twice so I guess some cells must be there but not turned on. It will be a while before they are ready to launch I'd think assuming they are going to do extensive testing before launch.

There are many rumours floating around regarding when 3 and O2 are going to start appearing.

I am pretty confident that O2 will launch some sort of service within 6 months with Three following in the 6 months afterwards..
