Looks like Windows XP64 Bit is starting to show some of its potential. I found this old review of a more recent build. So far nearly everything showing a small improvement but not anywhere near 15-20% AMD promised but this should improve. Nvidia users be happy to see there 64bit drivers show an improvement over there 32bit counterparts. Still ATI no where to be seen.

Not far off now probably another month or 2 now.

Would have been nice to see some 64-bit application benchmarks. They could have at least done this for Apache seeing that it's open source.

Hmmm, Ati's business sens seems to be to jump in after everyone else with crappy driver support that takes ages to work the bugs out of. Nvidia are getting in now so that when 64-bit rolls out to average desktop users they'll have all their bugs worked out and everything will run nice and smoothly.

Oh no, I think I've just turned this into another ATi vs nVidia thread
    aaaaaaaaggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh

Hehe. I had a riva128 4MB, and when the hardware accelerated drivers came out in alpha, then beta, it was great to see the performance improvements in Quake. I'm an ATI owner now, and I think it's safe to say that their early driver support is sh1te by comparisson to nvidia's (i.e. they tend towards more stable drivers).
