It appears the Kurds in Iraq are getting screwed too. Dug out the "100 orders" going to see if there are any others that are like this (eg. 37,39,40).…

Yes, I can see the Iraq army leaving Falluja so they can go after farmers who break patent law. I don't think this will last long as a law once Iraq get's it's goverment up and running. Even so it is a stupid law to ever even contemplate in a place like Iraq, the Americans have their heads in the cloud.
