well basically i need to see a doctor but am way too embarassed.
for the past few months i've been getting really bad cramps that feel like period pains. thing is its not just my lower abdomin, its my bum aswell. i get these sharp stabbing apins. and sometimes when i got to the toilet theres little spots of blood on the tissue.
i know i should have gone ages ago and this became even clearer the other night when i was out with my mates and ended up doubled over in pain because of the cramps. it feels like spasms.

i know doctors encounter this all the time but i dont know how to even bring it up!

So why are you posting here? You know you need to go to the doctor right? The problem is that you are embarrassed about it and... you want to know how to bring it up?

"Doctors encounter this all the time" they are used to it, all you need to do is tell the doctor exactly what you typed here. In fact I suggest that you print your post on to a piece of paper and go to the doctor and give the doctor the piece of paper.

Blood on toilet paper = not good. Especially when combined with severe debilitating pains.

Go to the doctor and tell them your urgent problem.
You - "Hi doctor I have a problem, I have severe cramps in my lower abdomen and my colon and/or duodenum, please help me."
    Doctor - "Any bleeding?"
    You - "Yes"
    etc
