Hey, I want to back up my hard drive to a disc but am not sure of the best way to do so. Should i just drag the entire hard drive into the burning program and burn it to a few dvds? Or is there another way to do this?
    Thanks.

If you do that and you have a serious problem when you copy everything back from the dvd's the windows install etc wont work. You need to make a ghost image, Norton ghost is a good program, but expensive. You might be able to aquire a copy from some where. Your method will work if you just want to back up files, but AFAIK the registry and file structure wont copy across if you do your method.

Plus if you need to do a format you'll have to have a bootable cd.
