    Its scary to think about all the things happening to these super fit guys (not all directly related to fitness of course.)

    Makes me thankful I never turn up for training. (actually should be there right now)

    How scary must that have have been for him at his age, to be waiting for those results in the week that the greatEmlyn Hughes died of a brain tumour?

    But somewhat appropriately he gets the good news on the day Emlyn is laid to rest. I can only hope that's Crazy Horse looking after him from beyond. I'm sure he'll always remember him and will hopefully come back to full fitness and show the quality player he is.
