XBLACK/BlackOnyX Screens have no dead pixels ?

    Got told this in responce to a question I asked an ebayer about a laptop, is this true ? It would be nice to to have to worry bout that.

    I doubt that, a guy I know has a vaio with an onyx black screen and it's painfully obvious (despite what he says) that its an lcd. Sony would have you believe that it looks like a crt but its just an lcd with glare.

    Im sure the guy meant it has no obviously dead pixels, black onyx is still lcd technology so its prone to pixel death.

    Iv a black onyx screen here and can definitely say its the best lcd Iv ever used.
