    2x + 3y - z = 4
    x - 4y + 2z = 5
    0x + y -2z = 3

    Can someone solve this for me please. (Using the matrix row reduction procedure if possible.)

    No one is going to do your home work for you , especially if you haven't demonstrated any effort on your part.

    And it's an easy one - adding the bottom two terms gives...
    2x +5y + 0z =8

    2x +5y + 0z =8

    Gives x - 3y = 8 (where did you learn to add? Hope it wasn't in LCC)

    Row reduction is essentially the same procedure with a different notation (which you're probably used to).
