I spoke to the guys in armstrongs today about sky + 160 availability and apparently Thompsons dont seem too keen to release stock and have been giving them the runaround. So much for skys launch date of Oct 1st.

I always think it a good idea to have stock available before you release a product but apparently this is not sky's way of doing things

    It's Thomson that's doing the 160GB boxes?

    /me shudders

IIRC, when the original Sky+ was introduced, it was a while before being available on Irish soil too. :(
