Anyone else want to be in the biggest band in the world?

I'm a 19 year old female singer, based in Dublin. And I'm looking for the kind of band that's ready to make some proper rock music.

Current Influences: U2, Gavin Friday, Garbage, Coldplay, The Frames. But then, anything that deals with smart music, smart lyrics, a red hot sound. Jacques Brel, The Virgin Prunes, Frank Sinatra. The Streets. Classical music. Bjork. Radiohead.

I've done some performing before, done some writing, and really have the itch to make something new - a new sound, a new direction, a new dream.

To be honest, I'm free and easy in terms of expectations - I want to make music, and make something original and new. Whilst my inspirations would come mostly under the broad umbrella of 'rock', I think it'd be cool to get a few people together and see what happens when we're making music.
