ID3 Tag Management

    Hey,

I'm wondering if anyone knows an easy to use ID3 Tag Management program. I downloaded one a couple of days back that seemed good but the user interface was far from intuitive. A useful feature that hopefully suggested programs contain would be batch conversions based on File and / or Folder Name.

    Thanks,

    Serb

    The Godfather is the daddy.
Pretty complex tool, looks very scary at first, but for those who don't like discovering it for themselves you can use the tutorials on the site

    http://users.otenet.gr/~jtcliper/tgf/

You can do all the things above, except with OGG, FLAC and APE files too.
You can re-encode, automatically identify unidentified albums by their track lengths, and auto-reorg your entire music collection on the fly. And loads of other stuff.

I was using this for a while, but when i set it to work on a bunch of files one night it apparently blanked the content of the MP3 files (ie deleted the data). I had to re-rip a bunch of CDs, and so haven't touched it since :(
