Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I am living near Galway and I have heard of a Flying Model Man called Don Owens (I think), Has anyone heard of him and if so how can I get in touch with him?

    Is this Don Owens a Galway modeller?
    If so, let us know....we can give you names of other folks that might know him. The MACI federation has a list of all club members in your region.
    The MACI have a website www.maci.ie if this is the case....

    Or is it a reference to the modelshop "W J Owens", which is now closed, but is well known and fondly remembered. If it was this you are late, he retired last year, try www.greenhobbymodel.com who have similar RC gear.

    Hi,
    "Don Owens" is some kind of strange mixup between mine and my Dad's name's (Dave and Ron Owens).....but I guess you could call him the don being chairman of the club :)
