Lidl are advertising a SilverCrest Bluetooth Headset for mobile phone, to be available from 11th November on. Its priced at EUR 49.99

I can't find anything useful about this headset via Google so if anyone gets one can they give a quick review please.

    Hi,
I don't know about the Lidl one, but I got the one that Maplin have in their Christmas catalogue for €48.99 & I highly recommend it. You can voice dial, answer, end call, dial last number, call waiting & I don't know what else. I'm using it with the 6600 & it's class. I have it about a week now. I made sure to charge it for the recomended 4 hours for the first charge (it's 2 hours there-after), and I've only just recharged it for the first time! The only fault that I have is that the bracket that goes around your ear is fairly big, so people with very small ears need not apply. ;) Hope this helps.

    T.

How do you mean? As in, you bought one and it was rubbish, so after a week you snapped and got a regular headset instead? Or you didn't get one, and by the time you decided to get one, they were gone and you were forced to get a regular headset?

Just curious, because I too can't find anything on Google about the Silvercrest Bluetooth Earset HS 2700BT...

EDIT: Whoops! Just realised this thread is really old - Lidl are again selling the Silvercrest Bluetooth headset on special offer (from Thursday, 7th July 2005), this time for EUR34.99 - see their product page.

ya i was thinking of buying it this time for my 6600 but ive a question, i got a mp3 player for my 6600 (ultramp3) and it only works over the loadspeaker so if i got this bluetooth headset could i listen to the music over that and stop it from making the sound on my mobile

    thanks

It should work. I used a bluetooth headset to listen to mp3's on a nokia 6230.

So, has anyone here used the Silvercrest HS 2700BT? Is it any good? What's the audio quality like? Is it comfortable to wear? Connection quality? Etc...

Any help would be much appreciated :)
