    12 disks!
    jesus.
i didn't realise there was that many.
thats an entire weekend's worth of square eyes.

i think if i got that i'd have to watch it in little pieces, or i'd go completely mad.

For the second day in a row, doodlesketch... i've beaten your price on a DVD!
(along with 'The Nightmare Before Christmas: SE' yesterday)

Order the LOTR:EE Trilogy off Game for just £32.99 (exc. £2.95 for postage) - works out at just over €51!

Good price. I'm forking out £34 for my Collector's Edition of RotK. I've already got the collector's edition of the other two and the Minas Tirith statute looks nice...

And for anyone who isn't too interested in the LOTR: Extended Editions, you can get the trilogy of the 2 'Disc-ers' for just £17.99 (just over €25) on SendIt.com (http://www.sendit.com/video/item/7000000089555).

12 disks. Three movies. Possibly one of the ultimate movie boxsets. Available as of December 10, for approximatly €60 (-p&p).

If I wasn't so dead set against having to change disks in the middle of the film I'd have this on preorder...

You lazy bast. Its worth getting. I wont as i have the other two already

Lazy, perhaps, but I just think that having to change the disk would break the flow of the movie... No more so than a comercial break, I guess, but thats not what I want from a DVD.

no, in and out in 2 minutes.

Then buy the films, rip the vobs, and put them in a playlist. No breaking of the flow!
