Its a "Big Black Brass" snare. 14" x 6.5", all brass with chrome plating. Its one heavy bastard and it sounds big and loud! I use an Emperor X on it or an Evans Power Centre

Well, when I was getting the kit, the low-end was pretty good without the woofer, but with the woofer on it, the low-end absolutely cuts through which is why I decided to get it. It has an internal mic in it, which is handy as hell for doing recording too.

That picture was taken a while ago. The cymbals are:

14" Zildjian A Custom Projection Hats
16" Zildjian A Custom Projection Crash
18" Zildjian A Custom Projection Crash
    18" Sabian AAX Metal Crash
    18" Sabian AAX Chinese
18" Sabian HHX Chinese (on right side of pic)
20" Zildjian A Custom Projection Ride
    8" Sabian AAX Splash
    10" Sabian HHX Splash
8" Sabian Terry Bozzio Radia Cup Chime

Since that photo, im also using a 18" Zildjian A Custom China and an 18" Zildjian Oriental Crash of Doom

Hardware wise, im using DW 5000AD3 Double Pedal and matching hat stand. Theres also 2 cowbells and 2 jam blocks mounted on my left hand side too. The Octobans are from Tama

Next purchase will be the Mike Bordin signature snare from Yamaha

    mmm...

Is it just me, or does the bloke on the poster behind your kit bear a startling resemblance to Baggio??? Co-incidence?

Hey folks,,,great compliments today what a change THAT is!..laughs
Doc always KNEW you had faith in me!.. ..Mr Angry,,,yes that guy in the back is a handsome *****rd isn't he!...laughs

Mud nice cymbal collection,,,ahhh The Crash Of Doom, a cymbal I thought and though about buying,,didn't do it as I had enough around the kit, but Its a terrific beast of a thing. Are we MAYBE the only monster drum kit heads in Ireland??..hahha maybe not. I feel a monster drum solo bash coming on yeaaah bring it on stix men.

    My cymbols by the way:

    Zildjian :
    10 A Splash , 14 ZXT Max Hi Hats , 17 Med/Th K Dark Crash , 19 Med/Th K Dark Crash , 17 A Custom Crash , 19 A Custom Crash, 20 A Ping Ride , 19 K Dark China ,

    Wuhan: 12 , 14 , 18 , Wuhan China's.

Percussion: Cowbells, Clave Block,Moon Block, Pearl Brass Cuban 13/3Timbale.
Wind Chimes, sometime when I can get them.

Kit :- SONOR FORCE 3001 in Red Maple Finish nice!
    8, 10, 12, 13, 14, Toms, 16 Fl Tom
22Bass, 14/5 Snare , extra snares: 13/3 Pearl Maple Piccolo, 14/5 Slingerland Copper Snare.

Gibraltar Avenger Double Pedal . Stix: Neil Peart signature Pro Mark 747's

On the ZXT Hi Hats..ZXT's have got quite a bad press from drummers who know their stuff..I did have an 18 med/th crash, but got rid of it, it was too gongy, was intrigued by the whole range so bought it out of curiosity, anyway it's gone - replaced by the A Custom 17 crash.
But anyway,,the one REAL GEM I DID discover were these Hi Hats,,,the Max Hi Hats in the range, 14's, I ve never been over fussy about hats, but l;ike them clean bright and clean and these from day one had that, and whenever we do even rough recordings in rehearsals they always shine thru,,,so I'd recomend them anyday to anyone who doesn't want to spend hundreds on hats but want a good clean sound.

    Well there ya goo...Ciao' amigos.....Baggio........

    Hey Trev
..yeahh I know I know,,,well If my outfit gets it act together and I think it will soon,,,maybe by Christmas time we'll have a go,,,mind you,,,with the ****y venues over here,,,I am certain they won't have the patience to let me set that THING up?!!..my view:
REAL music fans WILL wait and talk and have a few drinks while the next act sets up, it's just a matter of manners and relaxing,,,why not?..these venues should have less acts and more quality, and longer change over times,,,if I can set it up in 20 mins,,what wrong with that?..yes I know the sound engineer this and the sound engineer that,,,well When I was in the UK my bro was in a band,,he was playing in the Mean Fiddler in London,,,there were 3 other bands on too,,3 of the bands had large kits,,so did he,,,,,,well the sound guy was very sound just did his hjob,,one band after another within an hour all were set for the eveing...I dunno Im no sound engineer,,but if he could do it..what with the big deal over here?..and anyway depending on the venue here, I hit pretty damm hard so eveyone tells me! that I don't think Id need much of it miked up anyway...crazy I know,,,but there ya are!
Ask Doc J for an impartial assessment,,,DOC? the money is in the post IF you say the right thing!~,,laughs

    ciao' amigos...Baggio..........
