    Just thought I'd pass this on. There's a new, free satirical magazine starting in Galway and they're looking for articles.

    No pay as far as I'm aware but could be fun.

    Got a few in myself for the first issue.

    A couple more details for people - the paper is called The Naked Galwegian and is being handed out free in Galway every fortnight.

    From what I've been told it's available in both GMIT and NUIG and also a few pubs/coffee shops/video shops around town.

    There is talk of it coming online soon.

    That is all.

    Where might one pick up a copy? I hear the first issue lays into Glen Hansard so I think I may be in love with it already...

    Robbo - you can pick it up in the Roisin Dubh, Clan Video, 2001 Video Library, Sub City, Banana Phoblacht and around NUIG and GMIT

    I'm sure there's more places but these are the ones I know for sure.

    Just curious - where did you hear about the first issue. There is indeed an article about Glen Hansard.

    Wasn't there a similar magazine in Dublin, available through the universities/shops/clubs etc etc.

    I only ever saw one issue of it here in Cork.

    Can't remember the name if it for the life of me...
