    Disruption to service
    Due to essential maintenance works, the service on the Red Line (Tallaght to Connolly) will be restricted on the evenings of Sunday 7th, Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th of November.

    Dublin bus routes that follow the Luas Red Line route will accept Luas tickets between the hours of the disruption.

    On Sunday 7th November there will be designated buses to take Luas passengers from Blackhorse to City Center. This will run at a frequency of every 15 minutes.

    On Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th, we have additional buses running between Heuston and Connolly stations. These buses will be running every 15 mins.

    Anybody know what the problem is since I can't imagine essential maintenance in the conventional sense being required so early on in the life of the Red Line.
